Returns Policy

Before Returning Goods - Ring our Customer Services Department on 020 8236 0060 between 8.30 - 5.30, Monday to Friday, for a Returns Authorisation Number. Keep a note for your records.

Please ensure that you have signed for the correct number of boxes from the courier, as we cannot claim for missing boxes once you have signed the courier's note and accepted delivery. If any boxes are missing or damaged then you must notify us in writing within 3 days of receipt.

Any products you wish to return must be received within 30 days of the original despatch date.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging, in as-new condition and suitable for re-sale (unless faulty), to be credited.

Goods must be returned by Recorded Delivery unless we have agreed to collect. We will give you a collection reference. We do not accept responsibility for any goods lost if sent by ordinary post. It is illegal to send contaminated goods through the post

Returned products correctly supplied incur a 20% handling charge plus postage.
